Bi-weekly lot cleanings during high season (May 1st through September1st), and weekly lot cleanings during the low season. Lot cleanings will include removal of all trash from the site, emptying of cigarette disposal units, and replenishment of doggy waste bags.

Discounted hourly rate on small repairs and minor electrical work. Billing will be for the direct cost of materials, time on site, and travel time required to procure any additional materials needed to complete the work. Small repairs are defined as repairs under $500 where the work scope is easily defined and repairs can be made in a single trip.

Parking Lot enforcement as requested for removal of unauthorizedvehicles. Towing services to be provided by a third party. Bridges Towing isour preferred towing company.

Provide access to property and units with a secure key sign-out procedure to third-party vendors, affiliated contractors, and private contractors hired by unit owners and contractors awarded projects by the board.
